How to get to Abrantes Portugal by train
The city of Abrantes is a wonderful day trip or overnight destination from Lisbon. You can easily take a train from the Portuguese capital, and cheap tickets start at only $8 (EUR7). With its many historic monuments, Ribatejo culture rooted in convent sweets and dozens of river activities to choose from, it’s a great way to spend a weekend away from the hustle and bustle.
